Brilliant and top location in the center of Milan and central area. For shots visit Open Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Compact room, comfy beds and competent staff on every request.

Delicious breakfast, fabulous hotel.
Spotless room with delightful decor. Double bed was exceptionally comfortable.

First and foremost, the hotel is located only a five/seven walk from the central train station.
The evening desk clerk was not helpful when I checked in. He would not answer questions I asked, but deflected the answer as if he was being funny. Funny or not, he did not give me the information that I asked for. A major problem with the bathroom was that there was no shower curtain. The shower nozzle did not direct the water straight down, but instead sprayed it across the entire room. By the end of the first shower everything in the room, including towels, clothes, items at the sink, and the toilet paper!!! Was wet. This was very annoying and easily fixable.

Friendliness and helpfulness, cleanliness, ease of booking, good location. It is a hotel I will enjoy returning to and that I would recommend to others.
I did not like the limited and rather unhealthy selection of foods for breakfast.

Location was fantastic. Very convenient to the central station
Room needs updating, the decor was very old. The double glazing did not cut out the noise from the trams going past every 10 mins throughout the night. Also air conditioning is centrally controlled and not working in our room.

Conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station.
The room was almost unbearably noisy due to street traffic.

We loved this beautifully appointed hotel; its large breakfasts, recently refurbished rooms. Everything was very good, good value. Booked a room with great views, and the staff were very helpful people at reception desk.

One of the worst hotels I ever stay in my entire business career.the least that they can do, is to paint the rooms.it gives you the impression of a deserted room in a prison.

Rooms are a bit dated but I was given a twin room that was very roomy and had a balcony overlooking the road. I needed to catch at train early in the morning so the location was perfect.
